Tint removal at Dyno Details is £40 per window. Old film is steamed and peeled, then every trace of adhesive is cleaned off the glass and heating elements so new film can be laid perfectly flat. Removing bubbled, purple or illegally dark tint is the most common job we do before a fresh install.

Every booking is secured with a deposit. The deposit is deducted from the final balance — never an extra. Vehicle size, condition or finish may affect the final quote.
Heavily baked-on film or previously badly fitted film can take longer — we'll confirm on a photo over WhatsApp before you book. Rear screens with demister lines are always done by hand.

Not with us. The printed heating elements on a rear screen are the number one thing DIY removal destroys. We soften the adhesive with controlled steam and lift by hand rather than scraping.
You can peel the film, but the adhesive layer stays behind and hazes over — and on the rear screen you'll likely break demister lines, which is an expensive glass replacement. It's the main reason cars arrive here for a rescue job.
